This house has been our family home for 24 years and we have loved every minute. Our boys grew up here, went to the local schools and we have all formed strong ties within the very friendly community.
The house has changed a lot over the years as our needs have evolved. We put air conditioning in the main living spaces, gigabit Ethernet throughout and we now have solar PV on the roof, which has made a significant reduction to our running costs.
We extended the house twelve years ago to make four comfortable bedrooms and a large en-suite for us. We then had enough room to enable us to work from home and have separate spaces for relaxation.
Our latest additions have been a new family bathroom and a high end McEvoy and Rowley kitchen complete with Neff appliances, Bora induction hob and a Quooker tap.

We will be sorry to leave but are ready for a new adventure!

Comfortably one of the loveliest homes I have seen locally in recent times! You can really tell what a happy home its been for the past 24 years, and the extension has created a vast amount of space that's perfect for family life with room to congregate together, and also escape one another too! There's also a downstairs shower room meaning the back reception room could swap into a bedroom if guests came to stay! I know this is going to be a popular house, so make sure you book your appointment quickly!

Lambourne Drive is around a 5 minute drive from the centre of Maidenhead with all the usual high street shops, eateries you'd expect as well as a cinema. The main line station will take you into Paddington in around 20 mins, and thanks to the recent opening of the Elizabeth "Lizzy" Line you're connected to the London Underground as well! Maidenhead is surrounded by gorgeous little villages, hamlets and National Trust land and properties, so there's plenty of countryside (and country pubs!) to explore in all directions.
