Having moved in just before lockdown we used the time to go from room to room to redecorate and make it our home, we started with a new bathroom and finished with our newly fitted kitchen, giving the house a cottage style and feel.

Being garden and sun people, we love hosting and having BBQ’s and can enjoy the sun in the garden well into the evening. We have also relandscaped the garden to utilise the space better and give us more grass area to enjoy.

We love living in Binfield, with great spots to walk the dog, 2 great pubs we can walk to and just generally being in a village setting.

As much as we love our home and what we’ve done with it, our circumstances mean it’s time to move on and find our next home.

York Road is in such a convenient location, it's a short walk to the centre of the village and is ideally positioned for the cut through off the Forest Road which leads you to Kings Academy and the new Doctors Surgery.

What a great house! The owners have thought of everything so all the new owner will need to do is move in and live. The driveway can fit three cars and you enter the property into a hallway with space for shoes, coats and extra storage.
The kitchen has been refitted with quartz worktops and Neff appliances and the bathroom is equally beautiful. The garden is really private and deceptively wide as it wraps around the brick built storage. The property also has Hive heating installed throughout the house.
