The size was very important for us; we were drawn to the big living room and the garage outside as it allowed me to store larger-than-average items in there. We decorated the property throughout when we first moved in and we have kept it clean. Since owning it, we have loved our time here, especially as we have grown as a family with the addition of our son.
The building itself is very quiet, all the neighbours are polite and we work well together as co-freeholders. During my time, we have never had any problems and everyone looks out for each other.
The time has come to move and be closer to our extended family so they can support us with childcare and create more wonderful memories. I will be going into rental accommodation for the ease of the transaction.”
