Description

Description
Hazelbank is an architect designed, all on the level detached residence that is set within particularly broad fronted and highly secluded garden grounds to the rear. The property is distinguished by its low-profile brick design and whilst the property requires an element of refurbishment and upgrading, the house offers outstanding opportunity for a variety of options including extensive remodelling or indeed, as other houses have demonstrated in the area, a full demolition with a significant villa being replaced in the plot.

Hazelbank features a system of warm air heating, a mixture of double-glazed style windows, security alarm system and provides spacious and highly flexible accommodation.

Entrance vestibule, lovely traditional style hallway with separate cloaks/WC, kitchen open plan to an informal dining area, large formal dining room which leads through to conservatory and spacious lounge with dual aspects and focal point fireplace. The bedrooms are all essentially in one wing and provide principal bedroom with modern en-suite shower room and large walk-in dressing room, two further double bedrooms with storage and a fitted home office. A family bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms and there is a spacious laundry room with storage that gives access into garaging.

The long-term owner of the property had a passion for cars and therefore there is significant garaging provided to accommodate approximately 6/7 vehicles. The larger garage is accessed from the utility room, has remote control up and over door and courtesy door to the rear, and is fitted with power and light. There is a second double garage which is located under the lounge and can be accessed from the driveway to the front.

The gardens are established, mature and provide parking for multiple vehicles, gated access to one side leading to the rear garden where there is a water feature, patio and established grounds.
