Sitting almost central in Buckley is Beechtree Road. It's peaceful, quiet and not too far from the rest of the world and is a perfect home to start or grow a family. With rapid access to all major though-roads and highways as well as being just a stones throw for the shopping centre, sports centre and doctors surgery, you won't need to go far to get anything you may need.

When approaching past the fruit orchard on the estate, you are greeted by a bold red brick home that's contrasted by white doors and window frames.

A wide crushed-slate display garden and a single car driveway, mark the front of the house and welcome you in with small hints of the beauty and warmth inside.

Walking through the front door, you step into a generous hallway that flows through the house leading to every space comfortably and easily.

The owners have a taste for subtle yet effective décor and they have made a really beautiful style in this home. Pastel mocha walls blended with light wood and carpet floors are prevalent throughout. The subtle colours and open spaces are brightly lit by the colours diffusing through the frosted glass within and surrounding the front door.

To the left of the front door is a very handy cloakroom, that does what it says on the tin, with all of the usual suspects that you'd expect to find in here.....toilet and sink for those still lagging behind....come on catchup!

To the right of the hall is the lounge. Soft plush sand coloured carpet, a wall length window to help keep the room bright, with a white mantle and electric fireplace which all help to make this a snug and cozy room for relaxing in. To the rear of the lounge are double glass-panelled doors leading through to the dining room.

This is plenty big enough to house a large dining table and chairs, with room still for more free standing furniture. Sandstone tile flooring lead to a set of wide double doors that open up into the conservatory.

The conservatory is a quaint and cozy space, with light pouring through the windows and roofing. Spacious enough for a plush sofa and arm chair, it's a perfect room to admire your beautiful rear garden, no matter what time of year.

At the head of the hallways stands the kitchen. A medium sized space that has a fitted dishwasher and fridge-freezer as well as integrated hobs and oven so as to save space. Slate grey floor tiles white cabinets and tiled walls make for an easy to clean and maintain culinary adventure.

To the left hand side of the kitchen is a door into the utility room. This houses a void for a washing machine, with a wall mounted boiler as well as another pantry cupboard, and then the door leading out into the side alley of the house.

Heading upstairs and at the crest of the staircase, we turn back upon ourselves to look at the front rooms.

The first room we find is the front bedroom, or the 'box' room. It is, as you'd expect, a smaller room but still ideal for a single bed or an office space. It has however had the bulkhead adapted into a wardrobe space for storage.

Just outside the bedroom is another closet space above the bulkhead being used as an airing cupboard. Perfect for that extra little storage space!

The next room along is the main bedroom and it a beautifully large space. Big enough for a large bed and some generous wardrobes and dressers. A wide window pours light into the room, and then there is another door into the en-suite shower room.

With a contemporary modern suite that comprises of a pedestal wash hand basin, toilet and shower cubicle, with stylish grey wall tiles and pure white grout, this is an en-suite you'd be proud of.

The third room along is a mid-sized room looking out over the back garden. A three quarter bed and a wardrobe or desk are ideal for this space, with a large window that allows ample light to flood in.

The fourth bedroom along, is a little smaller than the main bedroom and has plenty of space for sprawling out and making a cozy little nest! There is ample room for a large double and freestanding bedside furniture.

The last room upstairs is the family bathroom. Delightfully modern with a separate bath and shower unit, it's grey stone-effect tiles and mosaic borders makes this a nice space to wash away the woes of the world at the end of the day.

Back outside we look over the rear garden.

Just outside the conservatory is a lovely patio space with room for a small gazebo, ideal for putting your garden furniture under. This leads into a mid-sized lawn with stepping stones, which takes us to a wide decking area with a lovely summer house to the left flank. This fantastic space has been adapted into a snug/mini bar, so when you have friends and family round for those nice garden parties in the summer, there is seating for all and until the early hours too.

The right hand side of the garden is a high wood-panelled fence and the left is flanked by the garage and the summer house. With the high fences and the garage, it's a nice and secure garden without fear of being overlooked.

All in all, I was half expecting Dr. Who to be asleep in one of the rooms, because this house is just like the Tardis, it just keeps on going! A lounge, a dining room, a kitchen with utility room, a cloakroom, family bathroom, four bedrooms, an en-suite, a conservatory and a summerhouse......and at this price.....am I kidding?? This house you are looking at is a beautiful work of art, perfect for a family to move straight into to become very comfortable and very quickly. There are schools within walking distance all round and plenty of access to major shopping areas without having to drive or catch a bus. The house is finished to a beautifully high standard and comes with some luxuries that you wouldn't traditionally get in a normal home.
