Forest Hill or Honor Oak Station with lines that will whoosh you into London Bridge in about 15 minutes, East London Overground will speedily get you out and about.
There is no need to leave beloved SE23 which is a mecca for trendy professionals! There is plenty to do with the Forest Hill Society's ever busy calendar, Food Festivals, Artists Open Houses (check out Havelock Mews). The Hornimans Museum is great and hosts a farmers market. Canvas & Cream, The Tea Pot, and St Davids - will keep you supplied you with hot rich coffee. The big shop at Sainsbury's fills the cupboards…. we can go on!
