Electric gates lead into the property grounds which are terraced, with some paved areas and others laid to lawn. At basement level there is a large garage with enough space for two vehicles.

The main entrance is ground floor and leads into a spacious, bright room with the sitting room and fireplace to one side and the kitchen and dining area at the other end. Balcony doors lead out to the covered terrace with lovely sea views towards Corfu Town.

Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are three bedrooms and a family shower room. Two of the bedrooms exit out onto to covered terraces.

Back on the landing area, a wooden staircase leads up to the top floor where there is a small kitchenette and sitting area, and a further two bedrooms. There is also a shower room on this level.

In addition to the main house on the ground floor there is a separate, independently accessed one bedroom apartment, complete with kitchen/sitting area and sea view balcony.

Central heating has been installed throughout the property, and there is air conditioning on the top floor. The house also has its own private water supply.

The house is located just a short (10 minute) drive from Corfu Town, yet in a quiet area with lovely views across the rooftops towards the sea and the famous 'Mouse Island'.
