This is a genuinely attractive and very stylish end of terrace modern family home. The kitchen/ diner is fabulous, with a very well designed cooking area, all integrated appliances and lovely counter tops. It's very light and has a lovely feel. The sitting room is spacious, and looks out on to the very nice back garden. The Owner has clearly put a lot of thought into its design, with patio, lawn and decked area. I was there on a particularly sunny day and it looked and felt fantastic. A really nice place to entertain, particularly with easy access to the downstairs WC. Upstairs is well balanced and nicely laid out. The master bedroom benefits form a lovely En-suite and the family bathroom is beautifully done. And finally, one important point. The location is very good. Positioned to the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, lots of trees and shrubs and access to some nice walks.  In all, a wonderful family home.
