"We have been very happy living in this quiet cul de sac for the last 16 years. Having brought directly from the developer, off-plan, allowed us to have input into the layout and we were able to install ‘extras’ like pocket doors in the lounge to give maximum flexibility to connect or disconnect to the kitchen/ diner, beautiful stained-glass windows to the hallway and ensuite, and real oak floors throughout the ground floor.

The house has really worked for us and our children due to its flexibility. What was once a childminding space and dedicated outside play area is now a home office (man cave) and pub garden! The addition of the glass room has been brilliant in giving that inside/outside connection that we can use all year round. With a fantastic community feel, we will really miss all our neighbours who we have got to know over the years.

We have felt spoilt being within short walking distance of shops, pubs, dentist/GP, and parks, whilst being in the catchment area of an Ofsted rated Outstanding Secondary School, Maiden Erlegh.

It has been our perfect family home!

With Hawkedon and Loddon Primary Schools within a 5 minute walk and being in Maiden Erlegh catchment this is the perfect location for families.
Earley and Winnersh Triangle train stations are also within walking distance.
