Gated access from one side of the house leads around to the rear garden which enjoys a sunny aspect as well as the excellent views over the town towards the Torrs and the sea. A gravelled area can be directly accessed from the lounge and provides an excellent spot for al-fresco dining, a barbecue or sunbathing.
