Description

Set back in a private 1.2 acre plot, enjoying rural views and impeccably presented throughout, a unique detached residence of just under 4000 square feet, including large garage and machine store.
Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

This area is home territory for me and accordingly it is a particular pleasure to offer for sale homes of distinction that I can be certain you will enjoy living in.

Poole is a lovely semi rural hamlet, close to Aston Juxta Mondrum and Worleston and the combined collection of hamlets form a beautiful semi rural area, just three miles north of Nantwich. Worleston, which is within walking distance has a pleasing range of amenities that include a thriving primary school, well supported Church, superb refurbished pub / restaurant and a hugely popular bakery and grocers. If you enjoy walking on rural lanes, without need for a car, then this will be an ideal location for you.

The house itself is a real delight, being unique in terms of its style, layout and configuration, packed with impressive features and offering both tremendous versatility and notable value for money. The overall size is just under 4000 square feet, including the double garage and machine store and the vast majority of the dwelling is single storey, which has numerous practical advantages.

Speaking of practicality, the storage options throughout the house are extensive and this is combined with the fun and charisma that is embedded into the design. By way of example, no other house I know has a 600 square feet living room with vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, glazed gable, extensive bespoke cupboards and superior wood burning stove. Walk into this room and there is a good chance you will want to offer on the spot! There are a host of other impressive rooms and the first floor office and family room has obvious potential, subject to consents, to be an annexe. More detail re the accommodation can be found on the floorplan.

Many of the individual houses around the area are close to the lane and accordingly can lack privacy. Not the case here! The house is accessed via a gated driveway that sweeps to the house and provides a first class opening impression. The plot extends to 1.2 acre, adjoins farm land is beautifully laid out.
