A stylish residential complex with 49 villas designed by the architectural firm Torras y Sierra. They have a traditional design and are located in the residential development of Sotogrande (Sotogrande Alto) next to "La Cañada" golf course. The defining feature of this development is that the surroundings take centre stage, with the vegetation and outdoor spaces integrating and giving meaning to all of the project’s architecture. The slogan for the design is “a garden with houses”. Exclusivity, sustainability and high-end design are the trademarks of its villas set in a closed-off, natural area. The residential development will have a padel court.



With easy access to the A-7 (Exit 1094), the 7 km trip to Sotogrande Marina takes just a few minutes, and there you can enjoy the extensive leisure offering: Trocadero Sotogrande, the KE restaurant and golf courses (La Cañada Golf Club, La Reserva Club Sotogrande, Real Club de Golf Valderrama, etc.).



The homes are fundamentally divided into three types:



Patio Houses (set of 19 row houses in the northernmost part of the site). They make up the “project’s town area”, sporting a contemporary architecture with flat roofs. In each of these houses, the rooms are arranged around a private patio, which includes a garden, swimming pool and pergola area. These houses have three en suite bedrooms on the first floor, while the main living areas comprising the living-dining room and kitchen are located on the ground floor, connecting with the outdoor areas of the patio. The basement floor houses the installations and laundry room.


Garden houses (Semi-Detached Houses). They feature a more timeless architecture with rooms which are connected to each other via the various gardens and platforms, adapting to the topography of the terrain. The 24 properties each comprise a lot with private garden and swimming pool, as well as a large pergola which allows the interior space to extend to the outdoors, where you can enjoy Sotogrande’s privileged climate. The majority of them reach an area of over 300 m2. The basement floor houses the installations and laundry room.


Detached Houses. There are six units of this type and they feature the same characteristics as the Semi-Detached Houses. These villas are located in the southern area of the site, where the slope of the terrain is more pronounced and the lots are bigger, with some of them exceeding 1000 m2. The basement floor houses the installations and laundry room.
