This Moorish, detached house in the village of Mojacar enjoys a quiet setting, yet just 200m from the centre of the village. A sloping street to the house leads you to the front garden. The property can not be accessed by car, like most houses in the village. The narrow streets of the beautiful, old village of Mojacar, are best crossed by scooter. The village has all basic amenities. There are several good restaurants and bars in the village, as well as the nicest boutiques and decoration shops in the area, a primary school and an indoor pool.

Two kilometres from the house is Mojacar Playa with supermarkets, ice cream parlours, restaurants, banks, private and public doctors' offices, dental practices pharmacies and a secondary school.

Mojacar has a coastline of more than 20 kilometres consisting of rocky coves as well as beautiful sandy beaches. There are also two 18-hole golf courses.

Mojacar has more than 310 days of sunshine a year and daytime temperatures in winter are around 16-22 degrees and in summer between 28 and 32 degrees.

The nearest airport is Almeria about 45 minutes drive, while Murcia International Airport (150 km) is an hour and a half and Alicante airport (200 km) is a two hour drive. Malaga airport is a three hour drive.
