Full of authentic character and charm, this spacious and rustic farmhouse is ideally situated within a quiet and private setting in Alayor, within a large plot of 1,100,000m2 with a variety of buildings which belonging to several historical eras and even a prehistoric site.

The buildings are varied and in the first group there is the farmhouse which consists of 3 buildings attached to a U-shape, where the centre of the U is a nice open patio area with access to an apartment. A very old 79m2 defence tower forms the right side of this house and the second building is a typical Menorcan country house with its porxus (authentic volumes on the first floor with spaces to hang the home-made sausages typical of the massacres. This part of the house adds about 470m2. Included, the cheese factory, grain stores and garage. The house is supplied with water through a cistern and cistern that collects rainwater under the patio.

In another part of the farm there is the agricultural buildings, which include authentic stables of 400m2 with incredible views of the south coast of Menorca, a warehouse garage of 86m2 blocks of more than 100m2 and 2 further buildings that add more than 90m2. This area also collects rainwater in some tanks under the barns.

Finally, in a more remote area, but no less important, there is the town sanctuary with more than 4,000 years of history, currently in operation for guided tours.
