The work is subject to obtaining the necessary authorisations and approvals.

There is potential for a further 1 bedroom unit after applying to the relevant authorities for authorisation. This is a complete renovation project that could be carried out by the purchaser and would create a one-bedroom unit with kitchen, living room, shower room and WC.
