The uniquely beautiful stone house is located in Kiafa's area of Hydra, the island with its unique natural beauty and authentic character. It is located on the central slope of the hill, within walking distance from the port (12 to 15 minutes' walk) among the picturesque paved alleys of the settlement and has incredible unobstructed views, from all the terraces and from the garden, to the endless blue, the main port of Hydra and the picturesque Kamini.

The architecture of the property follows the standards of the island's aesthetics with respect to nature and highlighting the natural beauty of the area. It was built in 1990 and is maintained with special care in excellent condition.

The main property is located on a plot of 323 sqm and is developed on two levels with impressive large terraces on each level, while on a third level we find two beautiful independent guesthouses, complemented by a paved courtyard with a lovely pergola, BBQ and garden with ornamental plants.

In addition to the main building and the two guesthouses, all in exceptional condition, the house also includes an adjacent plot of 74 sqm, right next to plot of the main house, with an old building of corresponding square meters fully autonomous, with its own entrance, which needs renovation, for any use.
The additional independent building, both spatially and as property, is available along with the rest of the building and is included in the price.
