Dobshill is somewhat of a gateway to Flintshire and North Wales. Sitting just off the A55 East/West bound to Chester and Wrexham, it's a central hub of roads to Buckley, Mold, Penyffordd and all major towns and villages.

Our home of interest sits in central Dobshill, and is a beautiful detached bungalow, having undergone improvements in 2022.

The property is approached via a wide block paved driveway with double wrought iron/composite gates. There is ample space to park several vehicles.
