We have loved living in Acacia Avenue, it is lovely and quiet, everyone is friendly and looks out for each other and being so close to the park is great for dog walks. The main things that attracted us when we purchased was the space inside, the beautiful wooden shutters and the privacy of the garden.
The house had been very well looked after by the previous owner and we have installed new windows and doors throughout and a newly landscaped garden. This is a great home for a couple like ourselves or a family.
