It also has a breakfast bar separate from the dining table area and even has a wee seat to sit on and admire the woodland views and ‘wildlife'. The full front windows in the lounge/dining room let in so much natural light and the patio doors can open fully back so that the view, which is one of the best in the park, can be fully appreciated.

The family bathroom is modern with a bath, a drench shower within the bath, cabinets and plenty of shelving.

The lodge also boasts a master bedroom which has an en suite shower room and a large walk in wardrobe, a spacious guest double bedroom and a 3rd room which could be adapted either to an office/study or a small single bedroom. It is currently used as a music room/study and is sound proofed! (How amazing is that!)

It has a Worcester Greenstar Combi boiler central heating system.

Externally, on the offside of the property, there is a private patio area from which you can enjoy the beauty of the forest and listen to the sound of the stream going by. It is just so peaceful and is a favourite spot of the current owners.
