Go straight across towards Fingest and turn first left at The Albert public house into Perring Springs Lane, bear right and climb the hill into Spurgrove Lane, turn right at the red pillar box into a bumpy un made-up road, and at the end bear left into a small cul de sac where 'Bretlands' is situated on the right hand side.
