The tiling flows throughout all sections perfectly, the glass lantern really draws in the natural light and brings the family room at one with the day or night sky, while the array of recessed lighting brings the room to life on dull days and throughout the evenings.

We think you will really like the landing. It is a substantial size with an impressive second set of stairs that run to the second floor landing and bedroom. Doors to match those in the hall open to all three bedrooms and to the study.

The master bedroom is a spacious room and enjoys a pleasing natural outlook. There is plenty of space for your furniture and for a sitting area. The ensuite has been beautifully finished and comprises of a tiled and glass shower enclosure with a chrome thermostatic drench shower with further hand shower attachment and controls all inset into the tiling. The basin and WC have been inset into tiling and it looks fantastic.

Bedrooms three and four are both doubles and both enjoy a garden outlook. The study is front facing and also enjoys a pleasing natural outlook. The glazed French doors open onto the balcony and make this room feel more spacious.

The bathroom is the last for the first floor and enjoys just as much attention to detail as the ensuite. We really like the drench shower that has been inset into the ceiling and the matching tiling to the side of the bath which incorporates sensor activated low level lighting for a relaxing night time ambience.

The second floor starts with a smaller landing with a low level door to high level storage and it is this storage space that would become the ensuite to bedroom two. There is space here for a smaller display before entering the second bedroom that dominates the second floor space. It is an impressive bedroom that is the size of many a master bedroom in itself and the sellers have added this impressive range of wardrobes and concealed drawers that runs the width of a complete wall!

Last but certainly not least is the garden. It is a substantial space though easily manageable. From the glazed doors of the Family room you start with a large Indian stone patio where there is plenty of space for your furniture. A couple of steps lead up and onto the garden which has been laid to lawn. A number of small trees and a colourful variety of mature plants complements this outdoor space particularly well. On a final note, the Indian Stone patio wraps around the side of the property that appears to be wider than the norm and where there is certainly plenty of space for storage.

Waverton has long been a firm favourite with singles, couples and families and there is no sign of this changing. You have everything you need here. The Canal is a few minute's walk and there is a selection of pubs within easy walking distance. The village has its own playing field with children's play park by the village hall and it is here that the annual fete is held. The amenities include a 06:00 to 22:00 store, pharmacy, doctor's, hairdressers, excellent delicatessen and fast food. There is now a barber and dog groomer. There are a variety of golf courses and hotel based health clubs with spas. The City is between a 10 and 15 minute drive, the airports are around 45 minutes and the North Wales Coast starts in around 30 minutes.

What you have with Waverton and 2 the Dandelions is a winning combination and one you have to see. Number 2 has been competitively priced and is likely to sell fast.
