About half way between Mold and Denbeigh sits the beautiful little village of Nannerch. A small and unimposing village that you could blink and miss as you drive on by, it is a stunning location and gives a very nostalgic feel of shows like Heartbeat and Last of the summer wine.

Tucked away in this idyllic village sits a beautiful home that beckons you in with its fabulous vintage style and far spanning vistas.

As you approach, you are drawn in through a wide gateway onto the gravel drive that's flanked by a low level stone wall. The drive and gardens are lined with a mix of panel fencing and a hedgerow combination, to give you a lovely country feel and an excellent degree of privacy. A wide double garage is entered via the electric door, in which you can fit a large car and still have space for all of your tools and gardening gear!

The drive itself is large enough for at least five or six cars, with some careful parking, so there is already an abundance of space. The house then presents with a gorgeous stone hemming and cream render. that accentuates how elegant the house itself is.

Through the central front door, we enter into a wide hallway that flows through the house. Glass panelled doors not only make the home feel elegant but also help the natural light flow through the hallway.

To the right we step into the wide, spacious lounge area, and I must say, what a beautiful space this is! The lounge component runs from the front bay window to the rear window that looks out over the fabulous gardens. The outside wall of the lounge has a beautiful stone mantle presentation, complete with a real flame effect gas fire. The huge windows at both ends of the room, let the light pour in.

A large open archway leads us from the lounge, and into a very generous sized dining room. It's dressed in soft tan carpets with a light green décor for the walls that lights the room up and gives it a subtle charming fresh flow. There is plenty of space in here for a large 6 seat table and chairs, and still with plenty of room for other free standing accessories. Double patio doors open to offer that alfresco dining feel and provide uninterrupted views over your rather charming grounds.

Opposite the dining room and across the hallway, sits the downstairs toilet for convenience. With a toilet and a vanity sink unit which provides some useful storage place for bathroom accessories, it also offers plenty of space for a couple of coat hooks to hide away those rain macs!

At the end of the hall, on the left, sits a very large main bedroom that comes decked out with a wall to wall built in wardrobe. There is room in here for a large kingsize bed and a lot more furniture. Double aspect windows provide ample light, and there's even an en-suite bathroom.

OK, so the en-suite may be from the 80's but I'm pretty sure, it's about to come back into fashion, if you can hold on for another 10 years or so! It's perfectly functionable, and is probably better quality than the rubbish you can by of today. There's a wall mounted wash hand basin, a tiled shower cubicle with frosted sliding glass doors, an inset panelled bath, the obligatory toilet and a radiator, to help keep things nice and toasty. A frosted window is placed high up, to help keep the it nice and bright and prevent any prying eyes wondering in (although it's not that kind of area!)

Across the hallway from the main bedroom sits the kitchen. This is a nice and bright room thanks to the large window at the front which over looks the garden. Who needs a dishwasher when you have views like this, although there is a void for one. There is another space with plumbing for a washing machine, which will sit below the worksurfaces running across three walls. A rather fetching exposed brick wall separates the kitchen from the boiler room.

A back door opens out into the rear garden, but we'll come back to that once we've finished the upstairs.

Back into the hallway, we head upstairs and find a very spacious landing.

To the left of the stairs sits the rather large family bathroom. Again, it is somewhat dated with the baby pink tiles, but one day this will be back in fashion!! For now, it does the job and doesn't really need replacing, however, I feel that it will probably be one of the first things to go! You'll find all of the usual suspects in here, a pedestal wash hand basin, toilet and a panelled bath with electric shower attachment over. A dormer window offers fabulous views over the fields and beyond.

At the head of the stairs we enter the next bedroom. A wide space with dormer windows, it's a little more neutral in its décor presenting with white walls and tan carpets, its comfy and another double bedroom. Built in wardrobes flank the right of the door removing the need for clunky wardrobes.

Back out onto the landing you have a large dormer window perfect for putting a writing desk or a computer table to bath in the light, as you trudge through your work day at home!

At the far end of the landing we enter another large bedroom. The same light décor and dormer windows illuminate this room perfectly and give a nice cozy feel to it. The far wall is fitted with floor to ceiling wardrobes, again negating that need for free standing storage.

Finally, let's head outside and gaze upon the beautiful garden that you've been glimpsing through the windows!

The back garden is just heavenly. We step onto a wide patio that stretches a few meters into the lush green lawn. The garden is flanked and inset by decorative perennial borders and gorgeous trees. The house is sat between open fields and the churchyard, so your views are undisturbed and absolutely breath taking, a perfect space to exercise those green fingers or host a fabulous garden party in your poshest frocks!

The whole area is just peaceful and I can imagine that many an hour will be spent relaxing in this stunning home, soaking up the atmosphere with the serenity being completely uninterrupted, once it is yours!

This is a home that I can imagine only becomes available once it has to be, there is no way you'd be leaving here with a choice. It's that perfect space for a country bumpkin looking to escape the day to day going's on of town life. It's got space to spare, a picturesque and almost movie like setting and is a key location for escaping the world without abandoning it! You can change and update the interior, but you can never replace where it is, and why would you, it is Perfect, and yes with a capital P!
