Mynydd Isa very popular area and fast becoming one of the areas to live in, why, because Bungalows 'like this' are hard to find anywhere else.

Just off Chambers lays Uwch-y-Nant and then Llys Dedwydd, a very quiet Cul-De-Sac with an array of houses in many different styles....and that's what makes this home so unique on the street, it's a bungalow that's sat on a large corner plot, to give even greater curb appeal.

The wide front garden is bordered by a high hedgerow, helping to keep the place nice and private, as well as sheltered.

With a central paving slab path that splits the garden into two wide lawns, one passing all the way around to the rear of the bungalow and the detached garage. At the head of the path sits a beautiful crushed slate bed with decorative display planters, drawing you to the front door.

The bungalow itself presents with contrasting dark and light brick sections contrasted by white frames and doors. As we walk through the front door we enter into a generous hallway that flows around the homes from bedrooms to kitchen!

Light décor and sand coloured carpets keep the space light and airy.

The lounge sits to the right of the front door and is a wide and cozy space back-lit by the wide windows with the same soft sand and white décor keeping it airy and light. A faux stone mantle piece with a real flame effect gas fire sits central to the rooms décor. A large section of wall has been removed and around the corner, opens out into the dining room.

Wide enough for a nice dining table and chairs as well as a sideboard or minibar, it's a perfect space for a nice family meal. The flow of these spaces is just sublime, as from here you can enter the kitchen to the side or walk through the sliding door into the conservatory at the rear.

The kitchen, which is just off to the side, is another generous space that comes with a breakfast bar for two, and other space for all of your amenities! Easy clean sandstone effect tiles line the floors and walls, reflecting the light that pours in from the conservatory. Rustic style cabinets and drawers give a nice contrast to the modern setting of the rest of the home. With ample worksurfaces, you'll be expected to whip up some culinary masterpieces in here, while your guests sit, drinking, watching and waiting with jealous eyes.

The conservatory is a wide and bright room with a wood effect floor and large windows that pour light through into the rest of the home! To the side sits a double door onto the flagstone patio at the rear of the bungalow. Before we step outside, let's just finish off the rest of the inside.

Back through the lounge and into the hallway, we find an airing cupboard straight in front of us that holds the boiler and also fits a washing machine in quite comfortably. Every hole in this home has been found a use!

Next to it is a family bathroom, not with bath but with a very nice tiled shower unit and sink. It is a slimmer space than traditionally seen but it is still a beautifully presented room, as one would expect in here, with stone effect tiles and white slate-stack wall tile. A chrome heated towel rail helps keep the room nice and toasty, with a frosted window to let the light flood in.

Across the hall is the first of the four bedrooms, and while small, it is not that small, compared to most homes. It can comfortably fit a three-quarter sized bed in, plus a wardrobe and with more space to spare. It has been decorated with soft tan coloured walls and wood effect flooring for easy maintenance, with the window looking out over the lovely front gardens.

The next room along the corridor is a larger bedroom, with a high wide window that illuminates the soft grey carpets and white walls. It's a much bigger room and is capable of holding a large double bed and plenty of free standing furniture. It feels like a nice space to relax and snooze...I can only imagine!

Continuing along, we come to another bedroom which, is pretty much a mirror image of the last one, except this one doesn't look out across the front of the home, it faces over the side. It's still a very generous sized double bedroom that one would feel very happy to sleep in.

Next along is the separate toilet! In the old style of bungalows, the toilet is separate to the rest of the bathroom, and here it has its own space tucked away in the back sections of the home. Really handy for when you need the toilet and the bathroom is busy......problem solved!!

At the head of the corridor sits the main bedroom. Fully furnished with fitted wardrobes and side tables and all finished in a beautiful white and tied in with sand carpets, the room is the very peak of comfort, with space for a large double bed. A generous window filters natural light in, through blinds that diffuse and keep the room in a cozy hue.
At the far side of the room is the final room.

It's currently being used as an office but would be luxurious if it could be classified as a walk in wardrobe. It has a full length mirrored fitted wardrobe at one end, and hardwood floors. The uses for this room are endless, you could use it as another bedroom, but who really needs a five bedroom bungalow??

The gardens that come with this fabulous home are just, simply wonderful! A large garden at the front sweeps all the way around to the rear, breaking at the detached garage and finishing along the back hedge-line, capped with a patio around the back of the bungalow. Alongside the garage to the rear is a gravelled display garden, and the rear lawn is bordered with a timber retaining wall. It's a wide space all round, offering plenty of opportunity for sunbathing, playing footy or just sitting in a deckchair in the sun and relaxing!
