Shared Ownership  
Shared Ownership is a great scheme where, if you are unable to afford on the open market, you can purchase a part of the property (usually from 40%) and pay rent at an affordable (similar to housing association/council housing rates) for the remainder. "With close family (Grand-parents, Parents, legal Guardian, adult children or brothers or sisters who have continuously lived in the Council area for 5 years or longer; or
"You have a connection with the Wiltshire Council area through special circumstances, such as a need to receive specialist medical services, services in the area which are not provided elsewhere or support from a close family member; or
"You are currently residing in the Wiltshire Council area and is placed in Band 1 for medical and welfare needs and does not meet any of the connection criteria listed above.
