First property - ‘Cherry Tree'
From the courtyard, you enter into the kitchen/dining room (29m2). There is a door to the garden. To the right, is a bedroom (9m2) with en-suite shower room (4m2) with shower, washbasin and WC. To the left of this property is an open barn (22m2) used as a games room.

Fourth property - ‘Grapevine'
Attached, to the right of 'Wisteria', you enter into the living room (21m2) with kitchenette and wood-burning stove. Passing a shower room (2m2) with shower, washbasin and WC into a hall used as a utility room (9m2), the stairs lead to the first floor. Off a landing (5m2) is a shower room (3m2) with shower, washbasin and WC and two bedrooms (both 11m2).

Outside, the gravelled courtyard sits between the properties. There is a gated entrance to the courtyard. The garden can be accessed via the first two properties or past the barn and is laid to lawn. Easily accessible from the UK (TGV - Paris to Tours 55 minutes, Regular low-cost flights to Tours and Poitiers, A85/A10 motorways allow access to the ferry port at Caen Ouistreham in around 3 hours.) The area is close to many of the Loire Valley châteaux and vineyards.
