The Piazza del Campo is a shell-shaped town square in the center of Siena. The square is known worldwide for its beauty and urban-architectural purity and is therefore considered one of Europe's most beautiful medieval squares.

Many medieval streets lead to the square where this special apartment is located. The square is also the scene twice a year of the most famous horse race, which has been held since 1287 (Palio delle Contrade, on July 2 and August 16, competition between 10 participants from the city neighborhoods).

Siena is an ancient city with around 54,000 inhabitants and its historic city center was included on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1995. It is not without reason that famous films are set here. With its location on a hill, it provides countless beautiful views.
