The complex consists of a main body former farmhouse and rural outbuildings such as barn, granary, pigsties, oven. The main building, residential, of irregular shape is spread over several volumes, with two separate staircases and entrances, on the ground floor are the cellars, sheds and the brick oven, on the living floor there are six rooms, a bathroom, kitchen entrance and living room, completes on the second floor an additional room.
The second building formerly a granary and used as a farm tool shed rises on one above-ground floor with an area of about 70 m2, the property is completed by the old pigsty of about 50 m2 and the barn of about 70.

the property has a courtyard of about 1500 m2, as well as surrounding agricultural land for about 6,500 m2 with various crops such as arable land, olive grove and forest for a total surrounding land there about 8000 m2. there are still the old wood stove and the well to be restored.
state and finishes
the complex needs a general renovation, both from the point of view of plants and finishes, the outbuildings also from a structural point of view. The main farmhouse has good structural condition, however to be verified in view of a complete restoration.

Places of historical, natural, and gastronomic interest such as Panzano in Chianti, Montalcino, and San Gimignano can be reached in a maximum of 50 minutes by car.
