The commercial centre is the social meeting place for Mojacar and home to café's, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc. Between the commercial centre and the property is Mojacar's medical centre, school, a supermarket and another smaller commercial centre. The local bus route has a bus stop just a short walk from the property and connects you to the coastline towns of Garrucha, Vera Playa & Vera as well as the entire 10km coastline of Mojacar Playa and up to Mojacar Pueblo. Local airports are also close by - Almeria airport can be reached within 50/55 minutes, Murcia and Alicante airports are also just 1 hour 30 minutes and 2 hours away respectively. A local shuttle bus company meets UK and Irish flights into these airports with a drop-off point very close to the property.
