The property has been severely damaged in a fire which we believe occurred in 2021.

Prior to the fire, we understand the ground floor to have comprised an open plan kitchen/living room, a rear porch, a single bedroom and bathroom.

The upper floor comprises the same but without the porch and with an additional attic conversion to provide a bedroom.
