The main house is entered via a ground floor entrance with stunning views of the light house and leads to three bedrooms, all en suite . Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom open out onto separate balconies with wonderful views of the Aegean and Kea’s lighthouse. Stairs to the top floor lead to the light and airy living, dining and kitchen areas. A large terrace surrounds the top floor with unequalled views of Kea harbour. A large dining area and bbq and an outdoor cooking area offer spectacular sunsets al fresco. A separate studio/study with a bathroom and a platform gallery currently serves as an office with sleeping accommodation. The second area is an independent studio room which is reached externally and has an extra en suite bedroom with two balconies providing stunning views. The third area has been set up as a large independent apartment on the lower ground floor. It has an independent entrance from the street, five bedrooms as well as three bathrooms and provide ample spacious accommodation. It has a large well-appointed sitting room with a well equipped kitchen and double doors leading on to the long balcony which stretches the width of the house and has good views of the bay. The apartment also has access to a roof top terrace with stunning views. A utility room and a separate cellar with ample storage complete the overall building. There is also covered parking for two cars.

A pool can be built to the right of the property adjacent to the main bedroom and above and incorporating the space presently used by the cellar to the right of the property.

LOCATION
The island of Kea, or Tzia as it is also called, is a verdant island, with forests of Royal Oak, many herbs and other rare plants. It is also a natural habitat for many species of reptiles and birds. Due to the variety of flora and fauna a large part of the island is included in the NATURA 2000 protection network. The capital of the island, the village of Ioylida, has a long and interesting history, starting even at pre-historic years. Kea has exceptional beaches and one of the best system of walking paths and trails of any Greek island. Kea is a hiker's paradise with numbered routes that take you through a variety of landscapes to remote coves and the ruins of ancient cities. Kea is an island that gets popular in summer weekends as a getaway for Athenians but it remains calm during the week. Some beaches in Kea are organized with tourist facilities, such as Gialiskari, Koundouros and Korissia. The rest of Kea beaches are small and secluded, ideal to enjoy privacy and isolation.
