Description

Mid Paston is a wonderful grade II listed barn conversion set within the exclusive Crostwight Hall development, an estate of 17 freehold properties set in landscaped common grounds.

The estate was developed between 1987 and 1997 from existing historic farm buildings that had largely fallen into disrepair, as well as the ruined original Crostwight Hall itself. Some, but not all, of the properties are listed by Historic England and the development enjoys a wonderful rural position, just over two miles inland.

Finished to a high specification, the accommodation is arranged to provide up to three bedrooms across three floors, with a re-fitted kitchen and bathroom, sitting room with wood burner and a ground floor cloakroom.

There are numerous character features on show throughout the barn, which include exposed beams and timbers, high ceilings and full height windows.

Overall, a delightful home set in a beautiful, award winning development, with a fantastic enclosed south-facing garden and a double-width garage.

Agent's Notes - We understand owners pay a maintenance fee of £75 per month (as of 1 April 2023) towards the maintenance of the common grounds and other common services.

The property benefits from LPG central heating which is via a large shared gas tank. Each property has an individual meter, making it similar in every day use to that of 'mains gas'.

There is also a private sewerage plant that is covered by the maintenance charge.

There are certain covenants which apply to the development, and the selling agent can provide further details to any interested parties.
