Walking into the property you will find a guest w.c. on the right and as you walk through you come to a new modern and fully equipped kitchen with a utility room at the side of it. going to the left of the hallway there is a spacious lounge and dining area. There is a fireplace with a log burner in the living room excellent for the cooler evenings. The master bedroom has its own en-suite and there is an air vent that comes off the log burner into this room in the winter months. The other bedrooms share the family bedroom. Each of the bedrooms have balconies with good views. The front bedrooms have beautiful views over the forests, mountains and the lake. Additionally, all the bedrooms also have fitted wardrobes.

Continuing up to the roof/attic floor there is a further double bedroom with a bathroom and another nice balcony that gives good views of the lake.

Outside there is a front and back garden. Both these gardens are low maintenance and enclosed with the metal fence that surrounds the property. The back garden is actually where you will find the heated swimming pool which has its own cover as well. Additionally, in the garden there is a pool house and a shower. There is plenty of room for sun loungers and parasols and if it all become a little hot you can seek shade in one of the two pergolas in the garden. An irrigation system has also been installed with a storage tank and pump in a separate shed. Past the pool area there is a seating area that over looks the stream that passes through the back of the villa making it a nice place to sit and relax. There are also two large roll-out blinds that provide shade for the outside terrace and the living room and dining room.

The villa is being sold furnished and that includes the garden furniture as well. Additionally, air-conditioning has been fitted throughout the property and there is also enough room for 2 cars to park.

With regard to the restaurant you can enter this via your own steps which lead you down through the private gardens into the ravine in about 5 minutes you will come to the restaurant. Outside there are some lovely places to sit and there is also seating inside restaurant when the weather is a little cooler.

There is also and opportunity to be taken from the restaurant to the lake and then by boat through a beautiful canyon to an island where you will find canoes, pedalos, fishing, sunbeds, a small bar and restaurant and cabins for overnight stays.
