TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The premises are offered To Let on a minimum term of 12 months, thereafter subject to three months break clause, at a rental of £625 per calendar month incl VAT, payable monthly in advance by Bankers Order to include water rates, car parking, maintenance of the common areas, security via cctv and building insurance. An initial deposit of two £1041.67 is required at the commencement of the Tenancy together with one months rent in advance. Agreement charge £90 including VAT.
