When our client first viewed this property they understood that it was a significant renovation project but the house won them over. The size of the property was a big attraction, it has a two-storey off-shot meaning there was potential for a more social dining kitchen, a big bathroom and three double bedrooms. The views were also something that they couldn’t stop thinking about. From the kitchen, back bedroom and the garden the views are incredible, looking over rooftops towards the River Loxley.

Since buying the house, as well as installing a beautiful new kitchen and two stunning bathrooms, the owners have installed a new central heating system, new windows and doors, and the property has been rewired and replastered throughout.
