The property stands in a prominent position about 400ft above sea level with views of Butser Hill and The South Downs in the distance. The neighbouring village of Passfield, within the parish of Bramshott. has a village store. Liphook is approximately three miles away and provides day-to-day shopping and the main line train station to London Waterloo. A more extensive range of shops are available in Haslemere, Guildford and Petersfield.
The A3 is a five minute drive away and provides access to Heathrow, Gatwick and Southampton airports.
