When we first viewed this property many years ago we fell in love with the location and the tranquil feel throughout the house. We knew there and then this would make the perfect family home and all these years later we still enjoy all it has to offer.  


Upon entering you are greeted with a welcoming hallway leading to our study to the front. We use this as an office/games room and love having this area separate from our living space.

Our kitchen is light and airy with a clean finish. We love the end result.  We enjoy our evenings preparing food for the family and all gathering around the table. We have made many fond memories in this space.  


Our lounge is a very large space as a result of our sizeable extension in 2018 which has almost doubled the area to make this the perfect lounge an abundance of natural light flowing through the skylights and ample storage space – this overlooks our mature garden.  


In our private enclosed south facing rear garden we have a sizeable shed and mature plants.  


Upstairs you will find three double bedrooms with ample space for storage.  


We have a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.  


Our driveway to the front can house up to 2 cars.  


Our loving home is situated in the sought after Redbourn. We are within walking distance to the local primary school and a stone's throw from local convenience stores. There are also scenic walks nearby to include the common which is perfect for dog walks, picnics, and an array of social events throughout the year. We are perfectly situated with easy access to the M1, and a short drive to Harpenden with its high speed links to London within 30 minutes.  


The time has come for pastures new and to let someone else enjoy all this home has to offer.
