The Log Cabin

The cabin measures over 22 ft. by 14 ft 6 and has its own independent gas central heating system with boiler, dual aspect double glazed windows and two additional Velux windows. It has cloak room with a low level WC and washbasin, and there is a kitchen area with base and wall units and a sink and drainer. Double glazed doors lead out to a raised decked veranda.

Situation and schooling

Cockernhoe is a small village adjacent to the village of Mangrove. There is a public house, a village hall and primary school. The property is in a rural position and yet is close to the edge of Luton with access to rail links, the M1 and Luton Airport. Secondary schools are in Hitchin with the Boys', Girls' and Priory Schools in the town.
