This is a lovely characterful home with charming original features and modern comforts too.

Located on central street in the Historical Centre of Olvera , with easy access on foot or by car . Lovingly lived in by the current owners since 2016 this home has been well looked after and had some additional improvements too.

Entering through the wooden double doors we have a comfortable lounge diner , with original wooden shuttered window over looking the street , and handy storage under the stairs , an open arch with an original beam and niche with granite shelf give an open plan element to the kitchen , which is fitted with a hand built units , finished with traditional cream painted fretwork wooden doors and granite worktop , the electric oven and hob have been recently replaced and there open shelving , for extra storage.

The blue painted stairs with original hand rail are located in the kitchen up to the first floor which comprises two inter communicating double bedroom's , one is used as a home office at the moment ,the main bedroom has recently had air-conditioning fitted and this is an inverter unit which warm as well as cools . Both of the bedrooms have Juliet balconies.

On the landing is spacious simple well tiled bathroom with shower , loo and sink .

The second and final floor there is a large room with a high vaulted and beamed ceiling , this space is just great ! it makes a spacious extra lounge that has doubled as a guest bedroom , but the current owners have used mostly as base camp for ease of access to the roof terrace and snuggling up to watch movies, especially after installing the wood burner which heats the space beautifully. this level also has a laundry area and another fully tiled bathroom , with full bath , sink and loo , there even a view from the original wooden shuttered window here .
