It is surrounded by greenery and flowers, which, together with the discreet lighting, complete the colourful picture during the day and night. Entering the villa, you will find a spacious living room with an energy fireplace, satellite Tv, Dvd, A Stereo system and PlayStation 3. The dinner table is in the same room, and there is a showcase with antiquities behind that. In the living room, as in the other rooms, the discreet lighting touches the impeccably finished materials of stone, wood, iron and ceramics. In this room, the eye is directed to the visible wooden roof, which completes the romantic atmosphere. On the ground floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, 20m2 each, one right and the other on the left. Their French windows exit to flower gardens and orchards. The room facing on your right as you leave the living room and head towards the bedrooms faces east. This room has a double bed, an armchair and a traditional wardrobe. The room on your left facing west has two single beds and a big built-in wardrobe. A wooden staircase leads to the upper level of the villa, the attic. This is a unique, cosy place appropriate for isolation and a time of relaxation. In the attic, which is an area of 40m2, there is a second, smaller living room, a study room, an energy fireplace and a wardrobe. It also has an internal bathroom with a shower. In the attic, there are facilities such as satellite Tv, air-conditioning and central heating, just like in the other bedrooms. A small stone balcony of handmade iron, which faces west, completes the beauty of the attic.Two bathrooms and a Wc serve the three bedrooms of the villa. Between the two bedrooms, there is a 15m2 bathroom with a bath on the first level of the villa. Two stone-arched windows let the sunlight in. Next to this bathroom, there is a small Wc. You can find a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board there. The second bathroom can be found in the attic, and it has a shower and an artistic counter sink made of stone and iron. The kitchen communicates with the dining and living room through a dome of ceramic brick. In the kitchen, you will find all the electrical goods such as a fridge, cooker, and dishwasher as well as small appliances such as a toaster, coffee pot, kettle, fryer and food settings. The kitchen is made of walnut. Next to the pool is the covered barbeque, equipped with traditional wooden oven and electric rotisseries. In the same area is the dining table, sink & cupboards.There is a guest house - which has a kitchen / sitting area and on the first floor a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.With its long architectural tradition, the village is still traditionally cooperative "Melissiotises", silversmiths, rides with horses and a brewery "Ambelostrates". At a distance of 7 kilometres, you will find the secluded rocky beach of the village in which the endangered species of “Monaxou-Monaxou seal monks live. South of Kiliomenos within 10 kilometres, there are plenty of sandy beaches and the habitat of sea turtle “Caretta-Caretta.
