Although occupying a genuinely unspoilt moorland setting, Scorriton is readily accessible, with the A38 at Dartbridge just a little over 5 minutes by car bringing Plymouth and Exeter within convenient commuting distance.

The property is a well presented and characterful three bedroom cottage which as been very well maintained and updated by the current owner. In addition there is a one bedroom, reverse-level annexe which has been used in recent times as a popular holiday let.

The gardens are of a very good size and well landscaped, and there is an excellent off road parking area with electric gates.
