We do the same as all other estate agents, we just do it that much better. How? It's really that easy to be so much better...all backed up by our fantastic Google reviews.

We completely understand just how stressful selling and buying can be as we too have been there in your shoes. But we also know, that with the right family environment behind you every step of the way throughout this process, that you'll see just how much easier it is for you. If you are looking for a home that appears to be out in the sticks, but in reality is only a short walk or drive from Mold Town Centre, a place that offers a great degree of space and comfort both inside and out, it's ideal for entertaining friends or family in and there's a large attached garage that can fill a multitude of purposes, especially if you are a car or bike enthusiast, as you have loads of space to work on them.....then may I suggest you keep on reading.

Gwernymynydd sits on the outskirts of Mold, rising up the hillsides towards Loggerheads and Ruthin. A quiet little village known for its farming communities, beautiful views and easy access to some of the most useful towns in the area.

In the centre of the village, sitting just behind the Swan Pub (always a good start in a description!) is Swan Lane, where we find our beautiful home.

Up a tarmacked drive and tucked away at the far end, we find a simple yet alluring face of red brick and white trimmings. A large two car garage and shed space mounted to the side cap the road and hint at what lies within this simple façade.

Through the front door, we enter into a handy porch space, perfect for kicking off those boots and shoes on a rainy day! Through the porch and into the long hallway that is finished with a light décor and worn wood plank effect tiled flooring. It's light and welcoming with a nice blend of modernity and rustic stylings.

To the right of the hall is a very handy downstairs toilet for your convenience, followed by the stairs to the sleeping quarters. On the left of the hall, a door opens in to the lounge and at the far end, the hall is capped with a glass panelled door that shows you through to the kitchen, helping to keep this space nice and bright with natural light.

Through the door to the lounge, you are welcomed into what I would describe as a 'Rustic farmhouse meets townhouse modern' style front room. It's beautiful in a way that's tough to describe adequately.

With its wood flooring and a 'live edged' planked beam in the center, reclaimed wood shelving and a capstone fireplace all make me feel like I should be at a farm, but the blend of deep purple and blue colours, as well as how bright, airy and spacious the room is, feels like it's a modern luxurious apartment. It's warming, cozy and a space to spend a long evening sitting in front of the beautifully self-contained log burner, toasting your toes while reading a good book with a large glass of wine or hot bru - day dependent!!

To the rear of the lounge is another separate room, currently used as an office space. This is a den of focus and zen, and a perfect space to settle in with a long work project at the computer. The large window and glazed door help to keep it bright and airy, while the simplistic décor gives nothing to distract from the project you are working on for your job, or perhaps the novel you might be writing!

Next, we head to the kitchen, and oh my this is a beautiful space! Gorgeously decorated in greens and greys, cream cabinets and oak tops make this a premium kitchen where space, being the ultimate premium when it comes to a functioning kitchen, is in abundance. To the right of the door is a large marble breakfast bar that doubles as a dining table, while to the left we find an integrated fridge-freezer, double oven and grill, moving along to a large electric hob and integrated dishwasher.

At the back of the room is a small but very useful utility closet with space for a washing machine and dryer, kept nicely out of the way but without being a million miles away.

Upstairs we find a warren of hallways and bedrooms. Here we find the rustic stylings of the house continued with subtle and welcoming colours paired with hardwood floors. At the head of the stairs sits the bathroom. A almost startlingly modern affair sitting in contrast to the rest of the house. Monochrome themes pervade with white fixture with black trims make the room pop in a unique way from the rest of the home.

The next room is the back bedroom. Simple décor, a hardwood floor and wide window give to a bright room that would be fitting with a double bed and some simple wooden wardrobes.

The next room along is the 'Box Room'. The smallest of the four, this is an ideal room perfect for either a single bed or a cozy little office space. As the room sits over the bulkhead of the stairs, it comes with a large built in cupboard for all your storage needs! It does as described, smaller room but is no less useful.

Now to the left, we walk into a wider corridor that I was informed by the owners, is an extension of the house. A wider corridor space opens to a mid-sized bedroom/snug. A brighter decoration style makes it an ideal space for maybe a babies room or a toddlers, or alternatively as just a cozy little second lounge space!

At the head of the hall is the main bedroom.

Contrasting purple and white walls give the room a gorgeous balance of brightness and coziness, while the two large windows keep the room bright, airy and really gives you that spacious splendour.

To the rear of the room sits your en-suite bathroom. Not quite as contrastingly modern as the main bathroom, but still stark against the rest of the house, it's a nice addition which comes with a big shower and wood effect tiles floor. The window to the side of the room looks out over an absolutely stunning, wild flower bed that sits over the roof of the garage.

With that, we will look out at the garden.

Through the back of the kitchen, we step on to the patio path. A small shelter holds wood for the log burner as well as storage for your bins and recyclables. This place alone has had money and time spent on its creation.

Turning to our right, we find ourselves in one of the most elegantly designed and stunning tiered gardens I've seen outside of the Royal Welsh show.

Multiple tiered flights of steps lead to a variety of paved areas, all of which are garnished with planters, wrought iron railings and trees, all hemmed in by a bespoke stone wall built by the Owners themselves.

The highest tier of the garden is wide and spacious as demonstrated by the she and greenhouse that sit with space around to spare.

High fences all around give you all your privacy and to one side you are covered by the local woodland at the rear. To the side of the home sits a raised decking area where you can set up a luxurious table and chairs to sit and sip your wine, enjoy the sun and all in the comfort of the wild flower plantation over the roof of the garage.

Pathways lead all around the garden giving you plenty to explore.

This is a home that has a stunning level of peace with nature, it's so tranquil and serene, that the most stressful thing you could have to deal with is finding more beautiful flowers to line the beds and the planters.
