In the living area there is a wood burning stove as well as reversible air conditioning in the main living room and one bedroom which heat the whole apartment though there are extra radiators in the bedrooms and living area.

The terrace is a fabulous-sheltered area with sun and shade, there are sheds for storage and a spot that was used for the jacuzzi. There is also a large pergola which extends the living space for much of the year.

The apartment is on the first floor of the building with just 5 owners, well taken care of and with copro fees (a voluntary residents' association with fees of just 300 € per year.

There is no parking with the building, but the owners rented a car spot for €45 per month around the corner.
