Ricky’s view - For festive events and hosting, this homes living room and dining room could comfortably cater for 12+. Vaulted ceilings and a double aspect provides a feeling of great space with natural light in the dining room. Wood flooring is fitted in both rooms and leads into the entrance hall too, better for people with allergies and easier to clean. Ample storage is also found in the hall, with two cupboards and under stairs space. A family in a rush to leave the house having two bathrooms is very useful. The shower room being located on the ground floor this could be handy for anyone needing to turn one of the rooms downstairs into a bedroom. The two largest rooms have space for double beds, bedside cabinets and wardrobes. My favourite feature of the house has to be the garden, if you need a home office built or an annexe who would still have a larger than average sized garden!
