Very pretty, detached stone farmhouse, that has been renovated to provide a bright and spacious home, 176m2, with large garden, swimming pool, double garage and the most amazing views over the Charente countryside. The house is situated in a quiet location in a hamlet with very little passing traffic, you can walk to the bar/restaurant and bakery in the village in around 10-15 minutes. Aubeterre sur Dronne is just a short drive away.
