From Bawtry take the A631 sign posted Retford. Continue through Scrooby, Ranskill and enter Torworth. Take the 4th turning on the left signposted Lound.  Follow the road to the crossroads and turn left onto Mattersey Road.  Follow Mattersey Road for around half a mile and the property will be found on the left-hand side.
