One of the things we love most about living here is the close proximity to Staines reservoir, located just across the road. It's a serene escape where we enjoy peaceful family walks, surrounded by nature's beauty, making it feel like a different world right on our doorstep.

This spacious apartment has been a perfect home for us, providing ample room to grow and create countless memories. With Staines shopping centre just 10 minutes away, you’ll have easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The stunning River Thames is also nearby, offering scenic views and leisurely strolls along the riverbank.

We've truly enjoyed our time in this wonderful property and are only moving due to a change in work direction. This home has been our first, and it holds a special place in our hearts. We will miss it dearly and hope the next owners find as much joy and contentment here as we have.

This is a fantastic duplex maisonette with off street parking and access to a communal garden. Recently refurbished to a high standard, this property boasts spacious family living split over two floors. The whole property has been tastefully refurbished throughout and with the recent addition of a new boiler, there really is the option to just unpack and move in.

The dual aspect lounge is bathed in light and is large enough for a huge sofa, cupboards and chairs along with a desk, should you wish to work from home. The modern kitchen with built in oven and hob is a good size and allows room for a table and chairs, making it a great area for cooking, socialising, working or doing homework. Two double and one single bedroom allow plenty of space for growing families, with great storage in the main rooms and in the loft space. The bathroom with has a luxurious feel to it and is made up of a three piece suite with a shower over the bath, Marble effect tiles add to the opulent feel.

Situated a stone's throw from Staines reservoir, there is ample opportunity for great walks or runs or simply getting in touch with nature. Local shops include a post office, hairdresser, supermarket and a superstore. With a bus stop just a couple of minutes walk away, close proximity to Hatton Cross and Heathrow airport terminals 4 and 5 easily accessible, this really is a commuter's dream.
