Description

Located on Chapel Street this delightful period three  bedroom property is within easy walking distance to the centre of Warminster. Longleat Forest Centre Parc is three miles distant and there are footpaths leading straight into the forest off Fore Street just a short walk from the cottage.

The cosy sitting room with a wood burning fire is to the left of the stairs.

The room to the right has a large fitted bookshelf, a convenient coat cupboard and a doorway leading to the kitchen.

The large, sunny kitchen/diner (and bedroom above) were built in 2004. There is a serving hatch through to the sitting room and French windows lead out to the south facing garden, a delightfully sunny area for breakfast. Steps lead up to the next level with a small pond and a variety of flower beds. The central area was previously laid to lawn until recently, it has now been covered with black plastic to prevent the growth of weeds allowing the future owner the opportunity to lay new turf or grass seed, astro turf, grow vegetables, or lay a patio. Further steps lead past an attractive feature wall to the top level of the garden. A delightful area to sit in the evening to watch the sun go down over the surrounding rooftops.

There is a good sized shed with light and power installed.

Upper floor:

Bedroom one: A very sunny room with a triple aspect providing a view across the garden.

Bedroom 3: A good sized single room with access to the loft, lagged to current specifications but not boarded

Family bathroom: 3-piece suite featuring bath with shower above.

To the front of the property is an exclusive parking area for up to 2 cars.
