In our opinion

When we viewed the property the first thing that struck us was its prime location at the edge of the development, set well back from the road and surrounded by greenery. The property is a really attractive design and has a bright, airy interior. The layout offers great versatility with the option of seperate rooms to give people their own space or opening the kitchen/diner, conservatory and lounge make a great entertaining area. The hub of the house is the beautiful bright kitchen/diner with high spec appliances and fittings plus utility room. The conservatory adds an extra dimension to the ground floor and overlooks a good sized garden.
The quality continued on the first floor with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one being en-suite.  
With a property of this size it was also pleasing to see that the builders have provided a large garage accessed via a block paved drive
Overall we were extremely impressed with the property.
The vendors are offering the house for sale with NO ONWARD CHAIN to make this a smooth stress free move.

1.What attracted you to the property when you viewed it?

The development has an open feel so you aren't overlooking a mass of other houses. The flow of the downstairs area is spacious and the conservatory is an added bonus 


2. What improvements have you made to the house ?

We have installed a boiling tap, a waste disposal and a water softener.

 

3. What have you enjoyed about living there?

We love the community here in Marden and the village has everything you need plus the transport links are great. We would love to stay here but due to circumstances we have decided to find a house to rent. If someone were to buy this as an investment, we would happily rent it from them.
