Deep in the heart of historical St Peter’s, this house was once the village sweet shop. Merely a stone’s throw from the infamous Norman church, that has presided over, what once was the most influential village – being the seat of local government for many centuries! The village provides the amenities needed for local living, and is fortunate to have brilliant primary schools – speaking from experience!

The stunning coastline and beaches are within a five minute drive and the expanse of the skies and the sea will never disappoint, come rain, wind or shine. Coastal living is good for the soul!

The eclectic seaside town of Broadstairs with its quirky echoes of the 1950s has a whole host of cafes and eateries, topped with its jewel in the crown: Viking Bay, is all just a few minutes drive.
