The family bathroom features a hand wash basin, loo, free standing bath and enclosed walk-in shower.

Outside

At the end of the terraced cottages, 2 Providence Place has a right of way to the garden and parking area. The gate opens to a gravel parking area and to the side of this is a sizable lawned garden with mature trees and plants to the left, and another gravel area for al fresco dining in front of the summer house. Although the garden is fenced off at the end, the garden extends down to the river.
